How is it that every time order from kit spares it take so long to receive.phone call to GBS to place order to save time as was in work at time and to check stock and was told item in stock to use internet to place order .Dont understand why this say this every time I phone .placed order on the 25th August at 4.55 pm .paid for 1st class delivery what a laugh and still no sign of item or email to say problem with order.Is this the normal thing for them have phoned kit spares but unable to get answer .Makes me want to use others supplier for parts . Anyone else had this problem...

Hi Chris, Sorry you have had need to comment.

unfortunately Kit Spares is not my side of the company, but I will draw attention to your comments on Monday.

They have been short staffed for the past few weeks due to holidays, but that does not answer why you have not received the item ordered.

Opposite for me - every time I've ordered it's taken only a day or 2. I suspect the problem is more your local post office /courier firm.

Thanks Simon for reply .would be nice to be updated with problem with order but when you phone and told to hold on line go for them to run upstairs to check if item in stock then told yes in stock .then told to order over internet as its quicker for them to process that way .This is the bit I dont understand. Hope you can help on update next week .

Nelmo will soon see when I receive parcel to see postage date ...then can take it up with sorting deport but don't think this is the case as I order in UK and out side UK every week and never had problems.

As Simon stated there has been staffing issues within Kit Spares for the last few weeks due to holidays within Kit Spares but this shouldn't of effected the order placed. We take your comment on board and use this to improve our service within the business.
