are you trying to run it on the original ECU as well as the loom ?

You have sorted one of the main problems, that of the feed rail, you would have been way over pressure, and therefore very rich, as you fond, do you know where it is since the change?

If you are running the original ECU, you will need to give it some feedback, which is what the lambdas do. I do not know if you need both in circuit, one may give enough, it will be a case of trying it with one and seeing if it works well enough.

Again if on original ECU did you leave the OBD in circuit, it may help, as if the ECU gets panicky not seeing the second Lambda it will give an error code, but you will have to clear errors first, because it will expect at least one lambda.

Even if you cant get the emission down at tick-over it is usually possible with some trickery, what is less easy is the fast idle, I assume they did complete that part of the test, what were those readings?

First thing, we need some more detail, do not go drilling holes in anything for now, I will see if I can help, or advise.

Brave doing IVA yourself, did you consider GBS service?

I asked the above when you posted this problem a while back.

If you can answer above it may be possible to help.
