Question for Simon - or anyone who knows
Where does the fog lamp get its power from ? It's decided to stop working
I gather it's from the light switch via a relay but to save me some time pinning it out can you point me in the right direction
Ta

At work at the moment,

Is you fog light wired into the aux plug?

have you check fuse 11?

Hi Simon
Yes I've checked fuse 11
Yes it's through aux plug
All lights work as they should but no power to yellow wire
I thought it might be wired through a latching relay for IVA regs but if I back feed the yellow wire the dipped beams come on so no relay so guess it's powered purely through through light stalk

No latching relays, power comes from pin 10 yellow wire to switch and then to pin 2 red.

Yellow goes live on dip headlights ignition on only from memory

If your fuse box is mounted fuses down, remove middle relay cover, you will find 5 or 6 relays, the two on the lower row middle and to the left are main and dip relays you could try swapping them for other on board, although that is unlikely it rules them out.

If no joy I will have to get my thinking cap out.

Just one other thought, check the wires into the back of the aux plug I have seen issues.

You had IVA recently so it must have worked then, have you moved anything since?

Hi Simon
Won't get to lock up till weekend
Did think about relays but all lights working as should be ??
Must admit I only had a 5 min look last sat as reverse light got damaged post IVA and while looking at that thought I'd give all the lights a once over and fog never came on so changed bulb still nothing popped aux panel off and no power to fog so back fed it from switch thinking relay but when dipped lights came on ruled that out
It's gonna be something simple I just wondered if it something you had come across before I start pinning wires
Yer did think about IVA and sure they would at least have turned it on 😂
