Hi all,

Thought it was about time I shared my project on here.

I started collecting parts back in June 2013, after deciding to go with GBS for one of their Zeros, with the purchase of a Honda S2000 engine. Over the next 4 months I collected various part including the donor parts until I ordered my chassis at the end of September.

On the 30th of November, and beaming with excitement, I drove to collect my chassis from the GBS factory. Although sporting a broken collarbone, I couldn't have been more excited to be finally collecting the chassis and to let the build really begin.

Since then I have been buying more parts and am now at a stage where my collarbone has healed sufficiently and I have enough parts and tools to get a start on the build.

I have been collating images so far and will continue to add them to a Flickr gallery.

Please see the link below to keep tabs on my progress.

I hope to have the car finished around mid to end of next year depending on funds/time to work on it.

If it isn't broken; take it apart and fix it!

Thanks for your help this morning John. Much appreciated!!

The Diff is now in, fully bolted into place and secure. And half of the rear drivers side wishbones have been assembled and fitted.

Quite good progress for a morning. Diff photos have been added too.

If it isn't broken; take it apart and fix it!

I now have over 100 photos!!

Time to give you another quick update.

Over the past two weekends I have (with the help of John, MidsZero, yet again) managed to fit the rear suspension, three of the footwell panels, run the fuel lines and fitted the swirl pot.

I also have my remanufactured rear brake calipers and the front ones should be arriving this week.

All of my LED lights have also arrived and look pretty awesome. Can't wait to fit them and test them out!

More updates soon I hope.

If it isn't broken; take it apart and fix it!

Haven't updated on the blog in a while!

A lot of progress has been made in the last few months; the main achievement has been the fitting of the engine the weekend after the 2nd attempt! It was such a tight fit with the larger S2000 engine and the addition cross brace I have between the front wishbones.

Big thanks must go to John and Matt for their much needed help in fitting the engine.

Other work so far has included fitting the oil cooler and remote oil filter housing, fitting the high pressure fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator, all of the hubs with new bearings and all of the brakes and brake lines too.

Seems I have been too busy working on the car to be able to update the blog and this post.

I have added my recent photos to my blog and I'm happy with the progress - fingers crossed should have an exhaust system on the car by the beginning of July :) and ready to get the engine turning over by August...

I'll be on the road soon John, you'd better watch out!
